Buy online before (or during) your trip and use our Orlando address to deliver your packages. We will receive your purchases and hold them until you arrive in Orlando, at which time we will deliver the items to you at your hotel, resort, or vacation home. When purchasing this service, you will receive an email with the shipping details (Name and Address) you must use when purchasing online so that we can receive your packages at our facilities.
You can select 30, 60, or 90 days. Your parcel period starts from the moment of your purchase.
* Please inform the address where you will be staying in Orlando so we can schedule the delivery of your packages.
* Standard delivery time is between 12pm and 6pm. Contact us to check availability at other times.
* In vacation homes, purchases will be delivered directly to the customer. We can store purchases inside the house (at no additional cost) subject to authorization and necessary information for access.
* In hotels and resorts, purchases will be delivered at reception, Bell Service (when available), or directly to the customer.
* To report changes to your itinerary, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and updated details.
